Son of Dolores Mary "Dee" (Machowczyk) Blythe-McLain of Logan, Ohio and the late Dennis Burton Blythe

Mr. Blythe was a land surveyor and an avid musician

Survivors:
    One daughter............Mariah Dene' Blythe-----Thornville, Ohio

    One brother..............Kevin Sanford (Ginny) Blythe---Granger, Indiana

    A nephew, Ethan Blythe and a niece, Emma Blythe both of Granger, Indiana

    Two step-brothers....Joe (Lanette) McLain-----------Columbus, Ohio
                                   Gary McLain----------------------Logan, Ohio

    Step-sister.............Susie (Robert) Hall---------------Logan, Ohio
                
A memorial service will be held at 8:00 pm, Friday, November 7, 2008, in the Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, with the Rev. Mark J. Daniels officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Friends may call Friday from 6:00 pm until time of memorial service at the funeral home.
