Daughter of the late Laura Jane (Bownes) Woltz
Carol Anne was a home health care giver.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 20, 2008, in the Roberts Funeral Home, with Pastor Tom Walz, officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio
