Marion Franklin "Frank" Biggs, Age 81
Logan, Ohio
Died Monday, December 1, 2008, in Arcadia Acres Nursing Home, Ilesboro, Ohio.

Born January 28, 1927 in Greendale, Ohio.
The son of the late Emery and Goldie Ethel (Sweazy) Biggs.

Mr. Biggs was a World War II U.S. Army veteran
Member of Smith Chapel Methodist Church, Logan.
Member of the Logan AMVETS, Eagles #2168, Moose, and Mingo Lodge #171.

He was a crane operator at the former National Supply Company, Logan, Ohio.
He had retired from Armco Steel Co., Logan.
Survivors:
    One son......................Marion Michael  "Mike" (Sharon K.) Biggs---Logan, Ohio

    Two daughters...............Peggy Louise (Randy) Williams---------------------Laurelville, Ohio
                                      Carol Jean (Jerald A.) Mohler----------------------Logan, Ohio
    7 grandchildren
    16 great-grandchildren
    Two sisters..................Eudora Andrews-----------------------------------Buckeye Lake, Ohio
                                     Phyllis Monroe-------------------------------------Lancaster, Ohio

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Ann (Marsh) Biggs (5-4-2008); a brother, Emery Ellsworth Biggs and three  sisters, Opal Hiles, Erma Bateman and Mary Louise Duell.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, in the Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, with Filmore G. Ashcraft, officiating.
Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery, Green Township, Hocking County, Ohio, where a military service will be conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
Friends  may call today from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, where a Masonic Service will be held at
7:00 pm
The family would like to express their great gratitude for the wonderful care Frank received while a patient at Arcadia Acres.
