Jerry Lee Eggers, Age 52, South Bloomingville, Ohio, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 31, 2009, at his son's residence.

He was born February 14, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio.  The son of Corrine (Dotson) Eggers of South Bloomingville, Ohio, and the late Joseph Frederick Eggers.

He was formerly employed with the Owens-Illinois Co. of Columbus, Ohio.
Jerry was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Surviving are four sons:  Zebadiah Eggers of Grove City, Ohio
                     Jeshaiah Eggers of South Bloomingville, Ohio
                    Zachariah Eggers of Logan, Ohio
                     Isaiah Eggers of South Bloomingville, Ohio

          One daughter:  Olivia Ann Eggers of South Bloomingville, Ohio.
          One Granddaughter: Olivia Marie Eggers of Logan, Ohio.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Frederick Michael and Billy Joe Eggers.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2009, in the Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, with Pastor Harris Blackburn and Elder Londy, officiating.

Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Raccoon Township, Gallia County, Ohio,.

Friends may call Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
