Nina Bessie Bazell, age 78 of Logan, Ohio passed away Friday, May1, 2009 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio after an extended illness.

Born September 29, 1930 in Waterloo, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Floyd Elias and Nellie Mae (Miller) Coffman

Mrs. Bazell was a homemaker and a former member of the Homemaker's Club. Bessie enjoyed her kitchen and cooking and especially helping people.

She is survived by four sons, Michael Joseph (Janet) Bazell of Rockbridge, Ohio, Jeffery Mark Bazell of Bremen, Ohio, Frank (Dorothy) Bazell of Carroll, Ohio, Gary (Jo Ann) Bazel of Kitts Hill, Ohio; sister, Stella Sparks of Marion, Ohio and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she is preceded by her husband, Joseph Hamlin Bazell (1992).

Funeral service will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, May 5, 2009 in the Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Reverend Mark Fields officiating.

Entombment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Good-Hope Township, Hocking County, Ohio.
