Jason Michael "Jake" Buoni, age 29 of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away following a hard fought battle Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.

     Born September 6, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Joseph M. and Erla S. (Nutter) Buoni of Reynoldsburg, Ohio who survive.

     Jake was full of life and was treasured and cherished by everyone who knew him. He enjoyed swimming, bike riding, and spending time with family.

     Besides his parents he is survived by fiancé, Susan D. Adkins of Pataskala, Ohio; sister, Jennifer L. (Larry) Heath of Powell, Ohio; niece, Reagan Parley Heath of Powell, Ohio; grandparents, Opal Nutter of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Emilio (Isie) Buoni of Millersport, Ohio; uncles, Stephen P. Nutter of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, James (Anne) Buoni of Columbus, Ohio; aunts, Barbara (Dale) Kezer of Westerville, Ohio, Nannette (Keith) Windle of Sunbury, Ohio; cousins, Tara and Mickayla Frasure of Sunbury, Ohio and Bryan, Matthew and Kristen Buoni of Columbus, Ohio; numerous other family and dear friends.

     He is preceded in death by grandfather, Parley Phillip Nutter (1998).

     Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating.

     Burial will follow in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Good-Hope Township, Hocking County, Ohio.

     Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and also Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
