Betty D. Fout, age 78, of Logan, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2010 in the Hocking Valley Community Hospital- Skilled Nursing Unit- Logan, Ohio.

   Born August 10, 1931 in Carbon Hill, Ohio, daughter of the Late Raymond Walter and Ruth Ann (Dawley) Martin.

   Betty worked many years at the former Stoltz Drug Store, and the Log Cabin Restaurant both of Logan, Ohio and was a nurse Aide at the Logan Health Care Center of Logan, Ohio. She attended the First Baptist Church in Logan, Ohio.

   She is survived by three sons, Wayne A. (Rebecca L.) Johnson, Earl D. (Betty J.) Johnson and Frank D. (Diana L.) Johnson all of Logan, Ohio; five brothers, Earl R. (Betty) Martin of Carbon Hill, Rex A. (Bonnie) Martin of Logan, Ohio, Gene A. (Chris) Martin of Carbon Hill, Dale M. Martin of Logan, Ohio and Leo M. Martin of Logan, Ohio; one sister, Norma E. (Raymond) Smyers of Lancaster, Ohio; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

   Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Don E. Martin and great grandson Jordan Butcher.

   Funeral service will be held 10 am Wednesday, July 14 at the Roberts Funeral Home Logan, Ohio with the Reverend Bill L. Wellman officiating.

   Burial will follow in Shaw Cemetery, Falls Township, Hocking County, Ohio.

   Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
