Earl James Reynolds, age 74 of Logan, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio after an extended illness.

Born February 14, 1937 in Allensville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Elza Owen and Burnice Faye (Parry) Reynolds.

Earl was a self-employed carpenter having done home repair and construction.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served for three years. Earl enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Earl is survived by two sons, David Lee and Jim Lynn Reynolds both of Logan, Ohio; one brother, Charles Owen (Patsy) Reynolds of Logan, Ohio and one sister, Freda "Joann" (David) Daubenmire of Logan, Ohio.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Florence Roberta (Beougher) Reynolds (2001).

Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Reverend Charles E. Fidler officiating.

Burial will follow in Knollwood Cemetery, Falls Township, Hocking County, Ohio with a military graveside service to be conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
