Glenna Mae (Carter) Browning-Chapman

Glenna Mae (Carter) Browning-Chapman, aged 78 of Logan, Ohio, passed away at home on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Born August 19, 1945 in Ray, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harold Edward and Esther May (Salyers) Carter.

Glenna worked as an office secretary for the former Cadd Insurance Agency in Logan, Ohio and as a Tupperware saleswoman.

Glenna is survived by her sons, James “Larkin” (Kim) Browning of Somerset, Ohio, Dwayne Allen (Cyndi Barton) Browning of Logan, Ohio, and Chad Edward (Cathie) Chapman of Athens, Ohio; six grandchildren, Josh, Kyle, Ashley, Ryan, and Stacey Browning and Cayla Chapman; thirteen great-grandchildren, Jaidyn, Lilyana, Ava Grace, Cameryn, Kiri, Kaydance, Kallie, Aiden, Bryson Lee, Kenna, Kinlee, Koleton, and Krew; two brothers, Ronald Carter and Chester Carter; and two sisters, Geraldine McCallister and Delores Crouse.

Besides her parents, Glenna was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Edward Chapman Jr. (2014) and her brother, Leroy Carter.

A funeral service officiated by Reverend Steve Rinehart will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio. Burial will follow in Shaw Cemetery in Falls Township, Hocking County, Ohio.

Visitation will be held from 12 PM until time of service at the Roberts Funeral Home.
