Beatrice Ann "Bea" (Lash) Stallsmith

Beatrice Ann “Bea” Stallsmith, aged 95 of Logan, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at her residence.  

Born August 27, 1927 in Logan, she was the daughter of the late William Herbert and Velva Beatrice (Wyskiver) Lash.

Bea was a former receptionist for Dr. Donald E. Griggs Dental Office and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Logan.

She is survived by one son, Terry Brandon of Laurelville, Ohio; one daughter, Cynthia Louise “Cindy” (John) Finnearty of Athens, Ohio; three grandchildren, Nikole (Doug) Berling, Brittnee (Kevin) Lydy, Desiree Finnearty; four great-grandchildren, Lileigh and Peyton Berling and Ezra and Gussy Lydy; two sisters, Patty Lash of Westerville, Ohio and Louise Van Fossen of Hilliard, Ohio.   

Besides her parents, Bea was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Brandon; second husband, Robert Stallsmith; and son, Kurt Brandon.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio with Rev. Scott A. Smith officiating.

Inurnment will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery- Logan, Ohio at a later date.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 12 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
