Charles Henry “Charley” Keynes II, aged 65 of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 at The Carlin House in Logan, Ohio.
Born September 4, 1960, he was the son of the late William Wilson and Deborah Lee (Smith) Keynes.
During life, Charley was the president of Keynes Brothers Flour Mill. He was a 1979 graduate of Logan High School before attending Rio Grande University and Kansas State University. Charley loved to golf, was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Browns, and Ohio State fan, and was a strong supporter of Logan Athletics and the City Pool. He also served on the Kachelmacher Memorial Vein Clinic Board of Trustees.
Charley is survived by his daughter, Kirsten Amber-Mae Keynes of Powell, Ohio; brother, William (Brandie) Keynes of Logan, Ohio; significant other, Sally Lanning; and nephews, Graham and Parker Keynes.
A funeral service officiated by Father Michael Ralph will be held at 3 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Visitation will be held at the Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio from 1 PM until time of service on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, the Keynes family suggests donations in Charley's memory may be made to Logan Family Aquatic Center, 10 S. Mulberry St., Logan, OH 43138.
