Doris Baker Obituary

Doris Mae Baker, born February 18, 1933, in Gore, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 3, 2026, in Logan, Ohio. 

A longtime resident of Sarasota, Florida, and West Point, Mississippi, Doris was preceded in death by her loving husband Virgil; her parents Jesse and Dottie Tucker; and her siblings Georgie Lee Tucker, Oweida Sue Lehman, and Frederick Paul Tucker. 

She is survived by her daughters Debra Lee (Michael) St. Louis and Pamela Sue (Perry) O'Connor; her sister Donna Ann (Dave) Williamson; nieces Heidi Rimkus, Dodie Carpenter, Kelly Dawson and Nephew Doug Williamson; sister-in-law Kay Baker; granddaughters Jessica Hensley and Jennifer Hughes; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; as well as well as many loved nieces and nephews.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Steve Hubbard will be held at the Roberts Funeral Home, 60 W. Hunter St. in Logan, Ohio at 11 AM on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.

Visitation will be held from 9 AM until time of service at the Roberts Funeral Home on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity in Doris's memory.
