E. Ann Rolston passed from this world at 12:40 PM on Sunday, August 29, 2021, being a victim of the Covid-19 virus.
Ann was born in Hinton, West Virginia on June 20, 1947.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Atty. G. Drew Rolston, and her two older sisters, Ltc. USMC, Ret., Carolyn Walsh and Sandra Higgins.
She is the mother of Kevin Rolston of W. Palm Beach, Fl. and the grandmother of his three children, Colin, Caitlyn, and Canon and the mother-in-law of Kim Rolston.
Ann was a wonderful friend to a huge number of people, and she impacted so many lives in a positive way.
She was a retired teacher, an extremely skillful seamstress, a piano player, a church choir member and a mentor to those who wished to learn the art of sewing that she had so extensively mastered.
She loved people and enjoyed being with them, and they all loved her right back.
Her positive influence on those around her will extend long beyond her passing.
She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed.
Calling hours will be at Ebenezer Baptist Church this coming Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral and celebration of life to take place at Ebenezer Baptist Church this coming Friday at 11:00 AM with interment taking place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.
