Esther Roseann (Shaw) Pritchard

Esther Roseann Pritchard, aged 70 of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born June 19, 1953 in Logan, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Porter M. and Mary M. (Kornmiller) Shaw.

Esther was an employee at Smead’s Manufacturing Co. in Logan, Ohio for over 30 years. She was also a member of the Logan VFW and Logan Eagles Auxiliaries.

Esther is survived by her husband, Robert Pritchard; son, James Porter (Leslie) Downs of Logan, Ohio; grandchildren, Alahna, Gracyn, and Layne Downs; and brother, David Shaw of Logan, Ohio.

A funeral service officiated by Joshua N. Martin will be held at 1 PM on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio. Burial will follow in New Fairview Memorial Gardens in Good-Hope Township, Hocking County, Ohio.

Visitation will take place from 11 AM until time of service at the Roberts Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, Esther’s family suggests donations in her memory may be made to the Hocking County Humane Society, 36960 Hocking Drive, Logan, Ohio 43138.
