Born February 13, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Frances Emma (Berry) Thrush.
Felicia was a homemaker.
She is survived by two brothers, Jeffrey Kyle Thrush of McArthur, Ohio and Michael Eugene Thrush of Columbus, Ohio.
