Frederick "Fred" Alan Fickel

Frederick “Fred” Alan Fickel, aged 73 of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on November 21, 2023.

Born February 25, 1950, he was the son of the late Ralph Edward and Wanda Jean (Brown) Fickel.

Fred worked as a photo processor for the Kodak Corporation. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era.

Fred is survived by his sons, Darin Frederick and Jared Alan Fickel; brothers, Kirby (Diane) Fickel of Logan, Ohio and Paul (Jennifer) Poston of Logan, Ohio; and sisters, Dinah (Ron) VanDyke of Lancaster, Ohio and Samantha (Mark) Hendricks of Lancaster, Ohio.

No services will be held at this time.
