Obituary
Gary Richard McLain, aged 62, of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at The Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio.
Born March 5, 1960 in Logan, Ohio, he was the son of the late James Richard and MeriLou (Carr) McLain.
Gary was a 1978 graduate of Logan High School. He retired from Smead Manufacturing and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
He is survived by one brother, Joe B. (Lanette) McLain of Lewis Center, Ohio; one sister, Susie (Robert) Hall of Logan; stepmother, Dolores McLain of Logan; sister-in-law, Ginny Blythe of Logan; aunt, Carol (Robert) Troccia of Bremen, Ohio; special friend, Maggi Berry; many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and his loving dog, Miracle.
Besides his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brothers, James R. McLain Jr., Scott Blythe, and Kevin Blythe.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Roberts Funeral Home- Logan, Ohio, with Joshua N. Martin officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
