Glenna JoAnn (Nelson) Turner

Glenna Joann Turner, aged 76 of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.

Born April 3, 1946 in Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William Gobel “Tobe” and Lillie Pearl (McClanahan) Nelson.

Glenna was a retired long-time employee of Smead Manufacturing Co. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Glenna is survived by three sons, Scott (Brandy) Turner and Raymond L. (April) Turner, both of Dublin, Ohio and Ryan Turner of Laurelville, Ohio; six grandchildren, Brianna, Kacie, Ellie, Bryan, Olivia, and Allison; and one sister-in-law, Peggy Nelson.

Besides her parents, Glenna was preceded in death by six brothers, Dewey, Carl, Ralph, Arvil, Bud and Tony Nelson; and five sisters, Nina Looney, Imogene Justice, Easter Elliot, Ester Cook and Maxine Starr.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Roberts Funeral Home in Logan.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 PM on Sunday, November 20, 2022 and Monday from 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
