Jackie "Jack" David Chambers

Jackie “Jack” David Chambers, aged 59 of Logan, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Embassy of Logan.

Born May 6, 1963 in Logan, Ohio, he was the son of the late Benjamin Richard and JoAnn Marie (Malone) Chambers.

Jack had worked as a roofer for Holland Roofing in Columbus and for Carl T. Johnson Roofing in Logan, Ohio, with 25 years of service.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Paula Faye (McGlothlin) Chambers; three sons, Jack Chambers Jr. of Logan, Mark (Shana) McGlothlin of Athens, Ohio and Jordan Chambers of Logan; five grandchildren; one brother, Greg Allen (Rose) Chambers of Logan; two sisters, Brenda McClelland and Lisa (Rick) Cox both of Logan; and one special furry friend, Marlee.

Besides his parents, Jack was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Ashiah Chambers and two brothers, Richard and Gary Chambers.  

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio.

Burial will take place in Shaw Cemetery, Falls Township, Hocking County, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in Jack’s memory may be made to Roberts Funeral Home, 60 West Hunter St., P.O. Box 481, Logan, Ohio 43138 to help defray funeral costs.
