Janet "Sue" Simmons

Janet “Sue”  Simmons, age 71 of Logan, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born June 27, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Hazel (Loomis) Lloyd.

Sue was a graduate of McArthur High School. She was a devoted homemaker and a  member of The World Harvest Church in Canal Winchester. Sue loved gardening and camping, but most of all she loved spending time with family.

Sue is survived by her husband, James Michael Simmons; two daughters, Mendy (David) Collins of Lancaster, Ohio and Melissa Simmons of Lake Worth, Florida; three grandchildren, Austin, Sadie, and Zac; one great-grandson, Grayson; two brothers, Tommy (Barbara) Lloyd of Lancaster and Billy Lloyd of Lithopolis, Ohio; and two sisters, Kay Bowles of Stockdale, Ohio and Becky (Dan) Mount of Lakeland, Florida.

A graveside service will be held and 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 5, 2022 in Oak Grove Cemetery with Pastors Jim and Roseann Newton officiating.

Arrangements are by Roberts Funeral Home – Logan, Ohio.
