Marion Edith (Alexander) Sheatzley

Marion Edith Sheatzley, aged 104 of Logan, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio.  

Born March 9, 1918 in Pontiac, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late William and Mae A. (Parker) Alexander.

Marion was a former school secretary and clerk/secretary for several businesses. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Logan.

She is survived by her son, John Raymond Sheatzley of Lehigh Acres, Florida; and daughter, Kathryn Edith (William O.) Bales of Logan; 8 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Marion was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Sheatzley (1997), son, Kenneth Dean Sheatzley, sister, Rose Shanover, infant brother, William Alexander and stepfather, Raymond Phillips.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Logan with Rev. William Pursley officiating.
