Mona Marie (Funk) Gordon

Mona Marie Gordon, aged 95 of Logan, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2025 at the Carlin House in Logan, Ohio surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 13, 1929 in Logan, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Roy Benjamin and Marie Lola (Harsh) Funk.

During life, Mona worked as a beautician and as a cook for Logan-Hocking School District for 10 years. She was a proud member of the former Trinity United Methodist Church in Logan, Ohio.

Mona is survived by her son, David Lee (Gerry) Hartman of Amanda, Ohio; and grandchildren, Brandon Hartman and Erica Hartman.

Besides her parents, Mona was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Lee Hartman (1978); second husband, Roger Dale Gordon (2020); son, Robert “Ray” Hartman; and sisters, Margie Ann Funk and Helen Jeanette Thompson.

A graveside memorial service officiated by Joshua N. Martin will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.
