Patricia Ann “Patti” Cremean, aged 76 of Logan, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 11 2022, at her residence.

Born June 17, 1946 in Lancaster, Ohio, she was the daughter to the late Lloyd Edward Sr. and Patricia Bernice (Byrne) Simmons.

Patti worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 30+ years. She started her nursing career in the Skilled Nursing Unit at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. Patti then went on to work for Dr. DeWalt before finishing her career with Dr. Still. She attended the Shepherd of the Valley United Brethren Church in Logan, Ohio. Patti served as a member of the Women of the Moose Logan, Ohio Chapter 997, AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary. Patti enjoyed sewing and quilting and was a part of the Hocking Valley Quilters group. Her greatest joys of all in life were her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Todd Eric Cremean of Marion Twp. And George Franklin (Jennifer Roach) Andrews Jr. of Logan, Ohio; two daughters, Trish Marie (Keith Farmer) Edwards and Michelle Renee Wolfe both of Logan, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Nicholas Roach, Loren (T.J.) Smyers, Lynsey Edwards, Lance Edwards, Cody Bower, Jerrod Wolfe and Jeremy Wolfe; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, James Michael Simmons of Logan, Ohio.

Besides her parents, Patti was preceded in death by one brother, Lloyd Edward Simmons Jr. (1969) and sister-in-law, Janet Simmons.
