Patrick "Pat" Lee Gall

Patrick “Pat” Lee Gall, aged 70 of Logan, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.  

Born August 29, 1952 in Zanesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Steve and Verna (King) Gall.

Pat graduated from New Lexington High School in 1971.  After graduation, he was employed by Selkirk Metalbestos for over 30 years and was later a long-distance truck driver for Werner Enterprises, before his retirement.  He was a devoted Catholic and a member of St. John Catholic Church in Logan and of the Knights of Columbus, St. James Council # 2299.  Pat loved motorcycling, card playing and spending time with family & friends as well as his many cats.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 39 years, Marian Kay (Proctor) Gall; one daughter, Ashley (Clint Carpenter) Gall of Athens, Ohio; one son, Aaron Gall of Logan, Ohio; granddaughter, Alayna Carpenter; one brother, Richard (Carolyn) Gall of Altoona, Fl; sisters, Brenda (Jim) Ryan, Susie (Fred) Primmer, Judy (Larry Farrington) Snider all of Bonita Springs, Fl, Mary (Mark) Steen of New Lexington, Oh and Jeanie (Margie Hammond) Hobbs of Bonita Springs, Fl.

Besides his parents, Pat was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sandy Gall.

Calling hours will be held at Roberts Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio, on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Christian Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. with Deacon Donald A. Robers officiating. Following the service, the Rosary will be recited by the Knights of Columbus.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Catholic Church, Logan, Ohio on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Stephen L. Krile and Fr. Donald M. Maroon officiating.

Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
