Rosaleen Ann (Murnane) Eaton, age 84 of New Straitsville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Hospice of Central Ohio in Columbus, Ohio.

Born July 2, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Timothy Aloysius and Ellen Josephine (Ryan) Murnane.

Rosaleen retired from the Ohio Bell/AT&T Company. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Logan, Ohio. Rosaleen was member of the Daughters of Erin, Ancient Order of Hibernians, and Irish Step Dancers of Columbus. She was also an auxiliary member of the Logan Moose Lodge, Logan Amvets, and the American Legion and Eagles of Murray City, Ohio.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Eaton of Worthington, Ohio and Sean Timothy Eaton of New Straitsville; one daughter, Mari (David) McCullough of Martinsburg, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Thomas Myers, Maggie McCullough, and Eli Eaton.

Besides her parents, Rosaleen was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Andre´Eaton (2020); and one grandson, Sean Michael McCullough.

A rosary service will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Roberts Funeral Home – Logan, Ohio.

A graveside service will follow in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in New Straitsville, Ohio.

Friends may call from 12:00 PM until time of service.

A Celebration of Life for Rosaleen and Ronald will be held at a later date.

Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks, and practice social distancing.
