Sandra Lee (Wharton) Thomas

Sandra Lee Thomas, aged 81 of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Embassy of Logan.

Born December 30, 1941 in Logan, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Clinton “Doc” and Nancy Ellen (Jones) Wharton.

Sandra previously worked for Eddie Bauer in Columbus, Ohio and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Logan. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed gardening, weaving and playing piano and organ.

She is survived by two sons, Lloyd Dominic Thomas and Matthew Thomas; one daughter, Sara (Justin) Stewart; and one grandson, Toby Stewart.

A private burial was held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 in Knollwood Cemetery in Logan.
