Shelia West Obituary
Shelia Mae West, 81 of Logan, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Main Street Terrace Care Center in Lancaster, Ohio.
Born October 4, 1940 in Oreville, Ohio, she was the daughter to the late Hollie Lee and Hazel Mae (Owings) Trader.
Shelia had 33 years of service as a bar manager for the Moose Lodge #873. She was a member of both the Moose Lodge Auxiliary #997 of Logan, Ohio and of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Aerie #2168.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Edward West; one son, Steven Michael (Chris) West of Logan, Ohio; three daughters, Teresa (David) Barrell of Logan, Beverly (Randy) Nihiser of Logan, and Susan (Tracy) Bush of Florida; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and furry friend, Goober.
Besides her parents, Shelia was preceded in death by one brother, Hollie Lee Trader Jr. and two grandchildren, Krista Barrell and Spencer Bush.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, October 18, 2021 at Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio with Pastor Iris Conrad officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the funeral home.
