Steven Brian Woltz

Steven Brian Woltz, aged 64, of Logan, Ohio, passed away at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Born October 16, 1961 in Logan, Ohio, Steven was the son of the late Wylie Eugene and Laura Jane (Bownes) Woltz.

During life, Steven previously worked for TS Tech distributing Honda parts. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed walking his beloved dog and taking in a good television show.

Steven is survived by his son, Steven Brian Woltz Jr. of Logan, Ohio; sisters, Gloria Gabriel of Lancaster, Ohio and Sharon (Rick) Donahue of Hilliard, Ohio; and brother, Terry (Crystal) Woltz of Logan, Ohio.

Besides his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary, Fred, and Todd Woltz; sisters, Jeanette McKinley and Carol Anne Woltz; and brother-in-law, Kris Gabriel.

A graveside military service conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard will be held at a later date.
