Yveta "Kay" Peterson

Yveta “Kay” Peterson, aged 86 of Logan, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born October 21, 1937 in Athens, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. and Louise A. (Butts) Dillinger.

Kay worked as a switchboard operator for the former Mercy Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge.

Kay is survived by her stepsons, Donald (Debbie) Peterson Jr., Tim (Donna) Peterson, and Fred (Melva) Peterson; and stepdaughters, Donna (Mark) Seebach, Patti King, Anna Peterson, Sue Callicoat, and Tina Peterson.

Besides her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Jacob Peterson Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Henson, Willard Dillinger, and Charles J. Dillinger.

A graveside funeral service will take place at the South Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery in Canaan Township, Athens County, Ohio at 11 AM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
