Margaret E. “Maggie” (Cook) Ingalls, age 78 of Logan, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Born September 16, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William Maurice and Edna Rita (Specht) Cook.
Maggie received her Bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from Mt. St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked various clerical positions doing market research. Maggie had a passion for artwork, painting and writing and she loved spending time with family.
She is survived by her husband, Michael David Ingalls; one son, William (Alice) Ujvary of Blanchester, Ohio; three daughters, Lee Schmidt of Cincinnati, Ohio, Sue (Ian Drake) Ujvary of Vancouver, Washington and Julianna (Alison) Carvi of Columbus, Ohio; three brothers, Dan (Elaine) Cook of Lexington, Kentucky, Patrick (Robin) Cook of Loudonville, Ohio and Jim (Rose) Cook of Pensacola, Florida; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Maggie was preceded in death by two brothers, Butch and Dave Cook.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
